SA COUNCIL FOR THE PROPERTY VALUERS PROFESSION ONE DAY CONFERENCE: 31 JULY 2009

The South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (the Council) would like to invite you to attend its one day conference in Johannesburg (Midrand) on the 31st of July 2009. Some of the topics to be covered include:

• Property outlook for 2011
• The role of the valuer in litigation (Arbitration)
• Updates on case law in expropriation
• The Property Sector Charter
• Valuation of the filling stations
• Latest Rules of the Council
• Township valuation incorporating discounted cash flow

Your attendance will also enable you to claim CET/ CPD hours. These topics will be presented by various people who are knowledgeable in these fields.
